Community Bank System, Inc. (NYSE:CBU) announced that it has declared a
quarterly cash dividend of $0.34 per share on its common stock. The
dividend will be payable on April 10, 2018 to shareholders of record as
of March 15, 2018. The $0.34 cash dividend represents an annualized
yield of 2.50% based on the closing share price of $54.30 on February
20, 2018.
